01 / TWO WAYS TO BEGIN

A new look.
Or an entirely new shape.

Choose the route that fits your design, quantity and launch plans.

EXISTING BOTTLE · CUSTOM FINISH

Start with a shape you love.

Give an existing bottle its own identity with color, artwork and carefully selected components. A practical route when the capacity and silhouette already suit your fragrance.

  • Color coating, frosting and branded decoration
  • Coordinated spray pump, collar and cap
  • No new bottle mold for decoration alone

NEW BOTTLE · CUSTOM MOLD

Create a signature silhouette.

Develop a new bottle when your concept calls for a different profile, proportion or structure. Review design, sampling and tooling as separate, clearly defined stages.

  • Shape, capacity, weight and neck specification
  • Appearance model and real glass samples
  • Production tooling after sample approval

02 / EVERY PART, CONSIDERED

One coordinated perfume package.

The bottle sets the shape. The pump determines the spray. The cap completes the design.

03 / THE FINISHING DETAILS

Make the surface your own.

Bring a color reference and artwork. Confirm the result on a physical sample.

01

Frosting

A soft matte appearance with diffused light.

02

Color Coating

Transparent, opaque or gradient color effects.

03

Screen Printing

Logos and artwork positioned directly on glass.

04

Hot Stamping

Metallic accents for lettering and brand details.

05

Labeling

Artwork sized to the bottle's shape and surface.

04 / FROM CONCEPT TO PRODUCTION

Six steps. Clear deliverables.

A structured development route for a new bottle shape. Existing-bottle decoration projects can follow a shorter approval process.

01

Concept & 2D/3D CAD Design

Define the capacity, dimensions, weight and neck finish. Review wall distribution, draft angles and component requirements before tooling.

YOU RECEIVE

Approved dimensions and design files

02

Rapid 3D Prototyping

Review the silhouette, proportions and handling with a physical appearance model. Use it to identify design changes before glass sampling.

YOU RECEIVE

A full-size appearance model

03

Pilot Mold & Glass Sampling

Produce trial glass to review the actual shape, capacity, neck dimensions and finish. Evaluate the glass alongside your selected components.

YOU RECEIVE

Trial glass samples and measurements

04

Testing & Engineering Approval

Agree the checks for dimensions, closure fit, spray performance, leakage and formula or decoration compatibility. Resolve changes before final approval.

YOU RECEIVE

Inspection records and approved samples

05

Production Tooling

After sample approval, confirm the production mold configuration, product specification and manufacturing schedule.

YOU RECEIVE

Production tooling and agreed specification

06

Batch Production & Delivery

Proceed through forming, annealing, decoration, inspection and export packing according to the approved project requirements.

YOU RECEIVE

Finished products and shipment documents

An appearance model checks the design. Real glass samples and assembled components establish the basis for functional approval. Timing and test requirements are confirmed for your project.

05 / CHECK THE COMPLETE ASSEMBLY

Designed together.
Reviewed together.

Neck & Pump Fit

Review the neck drawing, closure structure and filling-line requirements.

Spray & Dip Tube

Confirm spray performance and cut the tube to the selected bottle.

Cap & Collar Fit

Check liner engagement, removal feel and the visible component gaps.

Formula & Finish

Agree compatibility checks for the fragrance, contact materials and decoration.

Already have a pump or filling partner? Share their specifications during design review. The same nominal neck size does not guarantee an interchangeable fit.

06 / PLAN YOUR INVESTMENT

Tooling costs, made clear.

Budget for each development stage separately, with the final scope confirmed in your quotation.

APPEARANCE MODEL

Approx. $500

A physical reference to assess your bottle's form and proportions.

GLASS SAMPLE MOLD

Approx. $1,200

Trial tooling for real glass samples before production approval.

PRODUCTION MOLDS

Reference range $1,200–2,200

Production tooling configured for the approved bottle design.

USD reference budgets, not fixed quotations. Final tooling costs depend on bottle design, capacity and mold configuration. Model, sample mold and production mold fees are quoted separately.

CUSTOM EXTRA-FLINT MOQ12,000 pieces

Component and decoration minimums are confirmed separately.

EXISTING PERFUME BOTTLE DESIGNSStart with a pallet

Minimum order quantities depend on the availability of your chosen perfume bottle and the surface decoration required, such as color coating or logo printing.

PROJECT TIMELINEBy confirmed scope

Development, approval, production and shipment are scheduled separately.

07 / BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Your custom project questions.

Can I start with only an idea or reference image?

Yes. Share a sketch, reference image or sample, together with your preferred capacity, quantity and launch schedule. We can review an existing design or the requirements for a new shape.

Does a new color or logo require a new bottle mold?

Usually, decoration on an existing bottle does not require a new glass mold. Changes to the molded shape, embossed details or custom components may require separate tooling.

Can you match my existing spray pump or cap?

Send the drawings and, where available, physical samples. Nominal neck size alone does not establish compatibility; the closure structure, dimensions and assembly conditions must also be checked.

Can I develop several sizes for one collection?

We can review a coordinated range. Each capacity needs its own dimension and tooling review, and artwork may need adjustments to retain the same visual proportions.

What is the MOQ for a custom project?

Existing bottle orders can begin with a pallet, subject to availability. Custom extra-flint bottle projects start at 12,000 pieces. Decoration, pump and cap minimums are confirmed separately in your quotation.

Which samples do I approve before production?

For a new shape, review the drawing and appearance model first, followed by real glass and the chosen components. Decoration and functional checks are agreed for the specific project.

How are mold ownership and exclusivity handled?

Ownership, design exclusivity, maintenance and any confidentiality requirements should be agreed in writing before tooling begins.

How long does development take?

The schedule depends on the model method, mold complexity, sample changes and production availability. Your quotation identifies the stages and timing; shipping and approval time are planned separately.
