Glass, collars, pumps, dip tubes and caps—quoted together.
Build the complete fragrance pack from one component schedule. Your quotation separates the glass, spray collar, pump, dip tube and overcap, so you can see the cost of every part.
Crimp collars
Choose anodized aluminum in your approved color. For crimp-neck designs, the collar is formed around the neck ring on the filling line. The collar and glass finish must match the approved drawings.
Pumps and actuators
Specify the spray pattern and dose per stroke with your pump. The actuator is the button the customer presses; the mechanism below it controls delivery. Evaluate both with your fragrance formula.
Cut-to-length dip tubes
Tube length follows the internal bottle height and base shape. Different capacities in one design need their own tube lengths. We quote the tube with the selected bottle and pump.
Overcaps
Compare wood, metal, molded plastic and Surlyn options with the finish your brand needs. Confirm the cap liner, collar clearance and removal feel on an assembled sample.
Three details to approve before filling.
Review the details together for a complete fragrance packaging solution.
Neck and collar fit
A crimp collar is intended to remain fixed after assembly. Excessive neck variation can cause rotation, incomplete seating or difficult crimping. We provide the finish drawing with the quotation for pump-fit review. Send your existing sprayer or its drawing if you already have a filling system.
Dip tube and internal height
A tube that is too short leaves fragrance behind; excess length can bend against the base and interrupt pickup. The cut length and end shape are specified for each bottle, including curved or asymmetric internal profiles.
Glass weight and base
Glass distribution affects appearance, handling and freight cost. Your quotation identifies the weight for the selected design. A substantial change in base weight or body geometry may need new tooling, priced separately.
Perfume Bottle MOQ, OEM Terms and Lead Time
Choose an existing mold for a first launch, or develop a dedicated mold for a signature shape. The order confirmation sets out the selected glass, components, samples and production schedule.
Pallet or container
Existing-mold orders can begin with one pallet without new-tooling minimums. Custom extra-flint molds start at 12,000 pieces. Decoration and component quantities are listed separately in the quotation.
15–20 days
For confirmed existing-mold orders, allow 15–20 days after sample approval. Custom tooling adds approximately 30–45 days from drawing approval; the agreed project schedule identifies each milestone.
On request
Evaluate glass with its matched pump, collar, dip tube and cap. For custom development, an acrylic model is approximately US$500 and takes around 10 days. Sample tooling takes approximately 35 days and supplies 5–10 trial bottles.
EXW · FOB
Request an EXW or FOB quotation and a freight estimate to your nominated port. Consolidation and mixed-container packing can be discussed with the order.
Per design with the quote
Your quote lists carton dimensions and estimated 20GP and 40HC quantities. Inserts, bottle shape and protective packing affect loading, so capacity alone is not a freight calculation.
Decorate a running design—or develop your own.
Use frosting, coating, screen printing, hot stamping or labeling to adapt existing glass. Artwork placement, color samples and the decoration charge are reviewed beside the bottle price. Coordinate finishing with the glass schedule and confirm the final delivery date with the approved sample.
