Specify the sprayer as an assembly.
A matching nominal diameter is the starting point. Your quotation should identify the closure, actuator, collar, gasket and dip tube for the bottle you intend to fill.
Plastic-mount pumps
Material specification: anodized aluminum + silicone gasket. Confirm the snap-on or mounting geometry against the bottle finish; the appearance of the metal shell does not define the mounting mechanism.
Anodized-aluminum pumps
Material specification: anodized aluminum + POE gasket. Confirm the selected neck, collar dimensions and assembly method. Other or unidentified constructions are specified individually.
Output and tube length
Provide the desired dose, spray feel, fragrance formula and internal bottle height. Test spray behavior and pickup using the actual formula and filled assembly.
Color and actuator
Choose the actuator profile and matching collar finish. Approve the color sample, cap clearance and stroke behavior before a bulk order.

By specification
MOQ is quoted by pump construction, neck size, actuator and finish. Share the quantity per color; bottle pallet quantities do not apply to pump-only orders.
On request
Request an assembled pump sample with the proposed gasket and cut tube. Check closure retention, leakage, actuation and spray behavior with your bottle and formula.
Per order
The quotation states sampling and production lead times for the selected pump. Custom color, actuator tooling or a special dose is scheduled separately.
EXW · FOB
Confirm pieces per bag/carton, protection for the actuator, tube packing and whether collars ship fitted or separately. EXW and FOB terms can be quoted.
