Perfume Bottle Manufacturers in China: A Buyer’s Comparison Guide
A useful supplier shortlist connects your project to a clearly defined supply capability. A company offering available standard bottles may suit one launch; a supplier coordinating new tooling, decoration and accessories may suit another. The comparison should start with your specification rather than a ranking position.
This guide is published by STDBOTTLE, a perfume packaging supplier offering bottles, pumps and caps. It includes our own service alongside other companies for transparent comparison. The external descriptions below summarize official public information reviewed on October 2, 2026; they are not factory-audit findings or a ranking of quality.
Start with a supply-route shortlist
The following examples are a starting point for research, not an exhaustive directory. Public descriptions show what a company offers; they do not establish that every operation is owned or performed in one factory.
| Company | What its public information describes | What to ask next |
|---|---|---|
| Roetell | Standard and custom perfume bottles, decoration and accessories | Which model is physically available, and which minimum applies to your finish? |
| Abely | Custom perfume packaging development, with a process covering design, prototypes, molds, samples and production | Which operations are in-house or outsourced, and who approves the complete set? |
| GPBottles | Standard-bottle customization and bespoke packaging; its service document also describes sourcing and contract manufacturing | Who makes the glass and components for your project, and who coordinates quality? |
| STDBOTTLE | Our offer covers perfume bottles, secondary decoration, spray pumps and caps | Which existing design or development route fits your quantity and schedule? |
Roetell's official perfume-bottle page describes both wholesale and customized options. Use the specific product and finish to request terms rather than applying a headline minimum to every model.
Abely's official FAQ outlines a custom-development sequence and refers to manufacturing and outsourcing plants. That makes production responsibility a useful question during supplier discussions.
GPBottles' official service document describes sourcing, customization and contract manufacturing. Buyers should distinguish this coordinated supply role from ownership of each production operation.
Compare our terms against the same brief
STDBOTTLE offers available undecorated stock bottles from 1,000 pieces. Spray coating, hot stamping and printing require at least 3,000 pieces per bottle model, per color and per logo version; quantities cannot be combined across variants. New-mold bottle production starts from 15,000 sets.
Our US$1,600–2,500 tooling range covers the full mold set for the agreed bottle project, including sample and production tooling; production molds are not charged again later for that project. Sampling is US$200–500 including shipping, and the sampling fee can be credited against the subsequent bulk order payment. Confirm the design scope, sample quantity and revision arrangements in the quotation.
Lead times are approximate calendar days, counted from receipt of the advance payment for the relevant stage. Available undecorated stock dispatch takes about 10 days; printing or spray coating takes about 15–20 days. For new molds, allow about 25 days for sample tooling and sampling, then about 50 days for first bulk production after sample testing and approval. Repeat bulk production with established tooling takes about 40 days. Customer approval delays, revisions and transit are separate; the bulk stage cannot start before sample approval.
These are our planning references, not an assertion that our terms are lower or faster than another supplier's. Confirm the tooling scope, quantity breakdown and full specification in each written quotation.
Use evidence instead of broad claims
Ask every shortlisted company for the same evidence. “High quality” becomes more useful when translated into an approved drawing, representative sample, agreed appearance criteria and a documented response to a failed check.
| Comparison area | Evidence to request |
|---|---|
| Product fit | Bottle, pump and cap references; current interface drawings |
| Production responsibility | Named party for glass, decoration, accessories and assembly coordination |
| Commercial scope | Itemized quotation, quantity basis, tooling scope and exclusions |
| Sample control | What each sample represents, approval record and revision identification |
| Schedule | Stage durations, approval gates and production versus shipping dates |
| Repeat supply | Tooling arrangements, retained references and change-control process |
Mark unanswered items as “not confirmed.” A supplier should not receive a positive score because the missing answer has been filled in by assumption.
Shortlist according to your main constraint
For a smaller undecorated order, prioritize verified inventory and compatible components. For decorated standard bottles, prioritize application quality, artwork approval and minimums for each version. For new shapes, examine design review, the transition from sample molds to production molds and repeat-order arrangements.
A sourcing partner can be useful when a project requires coordinated components. A direct manufacturer can be useful when the relevant process capability matches the brief. In either case, establish who accepts responsibility for the quoted scope and the approved specifications.
Questions buyers ask
Does a manufacturer's website prove all work is done in-house?
No. Ask which operations are owned, subcontracted or coordinated, and what verification is available for the project.
Should I choose the lowest bottle price?
Compare the complete order scope first. Pumps, caps, tooling, decoration and packing can change the comparison substantially.
